Dispatch, Delivery & Collection Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days of your purchase being placed.

As a small business where every product is handmade with care, dispatch times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods.

Please note that candles may require additional time, as our vessels are individually handcrafted before being poured.

At this time, we ship within the UK only.

All parcels are shipped via Evri as standard tracked mail, which typically arrives 2–3 days after dispatch. Shipping is a flat rate free of £4.99 per order, orders over £100 are free to ship.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive email updates with tracking information to keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll also have the option to choose a safe place for delivery if you’re not home—so no more missed parcels!

Local Collection – Free - Please be aware if you pay using Applepay it will bypass the local collection. If you want local collection use general payment option.

We are based in Broadstone Business Centre, Poole, Dorset, you can select free local delivery at checkout. Once your order is ready we will email to let you know it’s ready.
