Dispatch, Delivery & Collection Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days after your purchase is placed. As a small business handcrafting every item with care, lead times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods - though we always strive to stay within our stated schedule.

We’re pleased to offer flat-rate shipping across all purchases:

£4.99 via Evri Standard Tracked Mail – no matter how much you order! Orders over £100 are free to ship.

Parcels typically arrive 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive email updates with tracking information, so you’ll always know where your parcel is. You can also select a safe place for delivery if you’re not home-so you never miss a parcel!

Free Local Collection – Broadstone Business Centre. Prefer to collect your order in person? No problem! Simply select “Free Delivery” at checkout, and I’ll contact you via email to arrange a convenient collection time.
